Calories and carbohydrates are estimates by an AI model based on this menu, made on 12 September 2026, for a typical portion. They are not medical advice and do not replace what the kitchen can tell you. "Diabetes-friendly" means: modest carbohydrates for the course, little sugar and no fast-absorbing base such as fries, white bread or white rice.
