Avocado tartare — Avocado marinated with lime, olive oil and dill, cucumber julienne, quinoa and mildly spicy chili oil.

Fried vendaces — Finnish vendace fried butter. Served with mashed potatoes, dill butter and dill pickles.

Fried beef liver — Finnish beef liver fried in butter, mashed potatoes, creamy pepper sauce and vegetables. Served with bacon and lingonberry puree.

Fried pike perch — Finnish pike-perch, boiled potatoes, grilled asparagus and leeks, dill-flavored hollandaise sauce and marinated shrimp.

Cold-smoked salmon pasta — Pappardelle pasta braised in butter and white wine, zucchini, spring onions, cold-smoked salmon and roasted pine seeds.

Grilled rack of lamb — Duchesse potatoes seasoned with nutmeg and truffle oil, red wine sauce, roasted walnuts, kohlrabi cabbage and apple salad. Country of origin of lamb: New Zealand.

Asparagus risotto — Risotto made with white wine and vegetable broth, grilled asparagus, cucumber julienne and roasted pine seeds.

Pepper steak — Finnish 150g/300g beef tenderloin, vegetables, potato wedges and creamy pepper sauce.
