Leek & Potato Soup — Diced potato in a creamy leek & potato soup served with a homemade brown bread & finished with a chive oil.

Hake, Killary Fjord mussels & natural smoked haddock in a leek & parsley cream sauce with a hint of mustard, served alongside a vintage cheddar (Hegarty’s) ‘Rarebit’ & chive oil.

House made smooth chicken liver pate, chutney, pickles, toasted brioche & an in house made apple puree.

Beetroot & Sheep's Cheese Salad — Local organic beetroot from Joe Kelly’s farm alongside his organic mixed leaf topped with Velvet Clouds “LABNEH” sheep’s cheese all tossed in a light lemon & Westport honey dressing.

Steamed Mussels — Steamed in an apple cider with garlic & shallots finished with parsley, garden herbs & cream.

Prawn Pil Pil — Pan seared large prawns tossed in a warm infusion of roasted red pepper, garlic, fresh chilli & lime finished with fresh basil & served with a homemade focaccia.

Fresh Oysters — Presented in the ½ shell & garnished with a pickled shallot & a fresh cut wedge of lemon.

Fish and Chips — Fresh Irish Haddock in our crispy beer batter (local Mescan beer) triple cooked hand-cut chips with a house made tartar sauce & a salad of pickled fennel, fresh mint & baby gem.

Roast Chicken Breast — Gently roasted breast of Irish chicken served with a creamy potato dauphinoise (gratin), organic local wilted kale, crisp streaky Irish bacon crisp (Tornafulla) along with a carrot & tarragon puree & a rich bone roasted jus.

Steak and Chips — Flamed grilled 28 day dry aged beef sirloin (Castlebar), beef tomato, sâutéed onions, triple cooked chips & watercress, served with either a wild garlic (Westport) & tarragon butter or a cracked black pepper & brandy cream sauce.

Braised Pork Belly — Belly of Irish pork served with roasted, pickled & spiced cauliflower, a cauliflower puree accompanied by pan fried Kelly’s Of Newport famous black pudding & a raisin puree.

Baked Haddock Mornay — Fresh Atlantic Haddock served in a classic bechamel sauce with Irish cheddar & Dijon mustard, crispy herb crumb & a watercress salad.

Summer Risotto — Creamy Arborio rice with Joe Kelly’s organic kale, tender stem broccoli & leeks, fresh garden herbs, a parmesan crisp & chive oil.
